About

Vertical surfaces allows heat and humidity to flow freely - ultimately improving growth and reducing energy costs

Allowing heat and humidity to rise and exit the farm freely - using physics to ou advantage.

Content

Because of the extensive use of LED lights and the horizontal rack pattern of most vertical farms, one of biggest concerns and cause for failure is heat management and proper humidity control. Especially in the middle east and other hot environments. By the nature of their design, the layered systems create heat barriers that prevent heat and humidity to

flow where the naturally tend to - upwards.

To allow warmth and humidity to freely rise up, we simply turn the growth surfaces vertical and hang our planters from the ceiling. That saves a lot of problems and money and the root zones are secured from radiation and excess heat by the LED lights positioned in between the planters.

1. Fogponics

ultrasonic, efficient and water saving - fogponics allows new farms to operate on levels never seen before

2. Less Maintenance and Parts

Through replacing pressutized systems with fog, we don't need faulty parts anymore - while also cooling the plants simultaneously

4.Less Costs

By employing fog as an irrigation method we can avoid many problems of usual farming system - Mainly we don't need to carry a lot of heavy loads any more and can benefit from the possibility to employ lighter structures and concepts

5. More surface area

Through switching from flat shapes to round ones, we can optimize the planting density and the surface area of the farm

9. More light

By trapping the light source effiiciently in the middle of the planters, we avoid waste of light.
